"Many thanks and for all of your help in the application process for JayJo."
I first saw JayJo on the Horses4Homes website after losing my cob earlier in the year. I am a nervous rider and was looking for a sensible horse that would also enjoy being a big pet. Having only owned cobs and ponies previously, I was a little unsure about rehoming an ex-racehorse at first, but when I went to meet JayJo I felt very safe around him. He is so full of character and personality and really does look after me when ridden. A few months after rehoming JayJo, I felt brave enough to attend a camp where we had our first canter and I also rode him out around the very big and open cross-country course, where he didn’t put a foot wrong. JayJo loves nothing more than having a lot of fuss and going out for a leisurely hack, which is ideal for me and he has changed my opinions of Thoroughbreds, especially ex-racehorses. I am very grateful to Lisa and Jimmy and to Horses4Homes for letting me rehome him. He is currently having the winter off as we are expecting a baby at Christmas, but I am very much looking forward to having more adventures in the New Year, and I would not part with him.
Many thanks, and for all of your help in the application process for JayJo.
