Description

Buddy is a Bodmin Moor pony looking for a home as a companion pony. He would make a lovely Buddy for other horses!

Buddy is barefoot, good for the farrier, dentist and is up to date with vaccinations. He is very sweet and easy to handle. He leads quietly and calmly, and has good stable manners.

Buddy comes in at night, but would be happiest living out with shelter and friends. Restricted grazing may be required in spring/summer.

Buddy is a healthy happy pony who passed the vetting when I bought him last year.

Based in South Devon

Problems

Buddy has bolted with me recently. He is the loveliest pony on the ground, but riding really worries him. It is for this reason that I would like him to find a loving home where he will be happy solely being a companion.  

Health Issues

Buddy is up to date with his vaccinations and the dentist. Buddy has a couple of sarcoids, but these have not worsened since owning him, and do not bother him.

Ideal Home

Buddy would be best suited as a companion - he would love to live in small herd, ideally. He is easy to handle, leads well and has good stable manners. He comes in at night, but would be happiest living out with shelter and friends. He is very sweet and friendly. Buddy comes with headcollar and various rugs.
