Kalibra Finds that all important "Forever Home" with Horses4Homes

Kalibra was listed with Horses4Homes and within the short space of two weeks he has found a fantastic home with animal behaviourist Claire Simonetti in Buckinghamshire.
His new owner, Claire Simonetti had this to say about using Horses4Homes, “I am thrilled to be granted the new owner of Kalibra, he has had an unfortunate past and I will give him all the time he needs to get back on track. I can’t thank Horses4Homes enough to be given this opportunity.”
Claire has ridden for international showjumpers in the past including the Whitakers. She has earned her living as an animal behaviouralist for over 20 years and has offered Kalibra a “forever home”.
His previous owner Sarah Williamson was relieved when she saw Horses4Homes advertised in the Horse and Hound. She chose to use the not for profit rehoming facility because she knew finding the right home for Kalibra was crucial to his future welfare. She had tried advertising him through conventional methods but the people who had come to try him were unsuitable, insufficiently experienced and unlikely to play the long game in terms of ironing out his behavioural issues. Using Horses4Homes meant Sarah could give Kalibra the best chance of finding a long term home with a suitably experienced person who could continue his education and give him a useful life.
Horses4Homes, and Rebecca in particular who manages the not for profit organisation, has been the answer to my prayers and they helped to find Kalibra the best home imaginable for a horse that really was a risk to rehome to just anyone. says previous owner of Kalibra Sarah Williamson.
