17hh ID/cob grey gelding

Problems

Dek needs an intermediate competent and confident rider as he is a big boy and can have his spooks and little excitable squeaks and jumps , usually at silly things, he has been around tractors and farm machinery all his life and isnt fazed by anything like this ,he has a lovely big movement and would excel at local riding clubs/ pleasure rides, he will jump but I dont want him going to home were he will be expected to do a lot of it.  He has a lovely stable manner , never bitten or kicked , not keen on dogs or anything running round him so would kick out at that, hates sprays . good to clip. Currently barefoot with Cavello boots for riding but has been shod and happy to be shod if required. I would want a weight limit of 12 stone I am happy to let Deks tack go with him as previously mentioned it is very well fitted to him and I would want his long term dedicated saddler to continue to check it every 6 months.

Health Issues

ll Deks vaccinations are up to date (Feb 24) , he was diagnosed with mild kissing spine when he was about 6 years old but this has never been a problem to him since ,he just needs to maintain a top line and continue with his holistic saddling with the saddler he has now (she does travel all over the UK)  He has had a couple of teeth out over the years too but in general not really sick or sorry

Ideal Home

I am looking for a permanent loan home for Dek where he can get out and about with his very own special human, pleasure rides etc. He is Ok to live out over summer but likes his cosy stable at night over winter months. I am not looking for a home for hunting/jumping etc, I am looking for a pleasure horse home,. He has been with me since he was 18 months old and been cared for second to none and that is how I would like his care to continue.  It is imperative that his loaner will allow me to visit occassionally
