Description

Twiglet is a 11.2 19 year old Dartmoor gelding who my daughter has sadly outgrown.

I have owned him for 8 years and has been an important part of the family.

Now my daughter is now off the lead rein he he is to forward and can nap when off the lead rein.

twiglet enjoys fun things while on the lead rein such as exploring the countryside (we’ve gone for miles), gymkanna’s and beach rides. Twiglet does not enjoy being schooled and would be suited as a lead rein hacking pony that you want to have fun with.

We have ridden twiglet absolutely everywhere through shoots, on main roads and in open spaces.

My ideal home for him would be suited as a companion for a child to love a ride as he is happy doing nothing for weeks then going for a plod.

he lives in or out with mares or geldings. Never had laminitis but does suffer with sweet itch which I control with a rug.

lovely friendly pony that will leave a huge gap in our hearts.

Not suitable as pony as a first ridden and does not enjoy schooling
